KGL Group Appoints Ms. Zunaira Ulfat as Mandate and Authorized Representative for Investment Opportunities

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Zunaira Ulfat, based in the United Arab Emirates, as our Mandate and Authorised Representative for the purpose of identifying, introducing and communicating strategic investment opportunities to KGL Group.

Under this mandate, Ms. Zunaira Ulfat is authorised to represent KGL Group before prospective investors, strategic partners, financial institutions, corporations and other relevant stakeholders in relation to investment opportunities. he further authourized Ms. Zunaira Ulfat to facilitate introductions, coordinate and arrange meetings, participate in discussions, exchange relevant information and support negotiations relating to opportunities introduced by her on behalf of KGL Group.

Her role forms part of KGL Group’s broader efforts to strengthen international relationships, expand its network of strategic partners and create new pathways for sustainable growth and investment across markets.

This mandate is limited to facilitating discussions and representing KGL Group in relation to such investment opportunities. It does not authorise Ms. Zunaira Ulfat to legally bind KGL Group, execute contracts, incur liabilities or make commitments on behalf of the Group unless specifically authorised in writing.

While acting under this mandate, Ms. Zunaira Ulfat shall operate in accordance with the instructions, directives and decisions of KGL Group from time to time. This mandate shall remain valid for a period of 1 year from the date of this Mandate.

Any official communications relating to matters covered by this mandate may be directed to or facilitated through Ms. Zunaira Ulfat.
